Using Automate and Web Photo Gallery. My files have long names (this is intentional) and using CS2 on PC I had no problems. Now, using CS3 on Mac I find my files names are modified after creation using WebPhotoGallery. It seems to only like file names with a maximum of 25 characters! Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? Please? Many thanks, Mistygris.

Is there some significance to the file name that it can not be renamed?

Thank you for writing. Yes, I do need to keep the longer names. It's the only way I have found of putting the information concerning the object in the photo. I collect everything related to Basset Hounds, including over 6500 cards, so all in all there must be around 9,000 to 10,000 images on the site and I want to give my visitors as much information as possible. If you'd like to check out what I mean, the addy is www.bassettissimmo.com

I am NOT a computer genius (far from it) but I tried iweb. The photo gallery set up is fantastic but, strange as it may sound, I find it easier to do the "rest" with DW !!

Thanks again, and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
