Hello, I'm new to this forum and Photoshop so I'll apologize in advance if I'm
asking a stupid question. I created some artwork for my bands new CD and the
original photo is in RGB. I was told by the company doing the printing to
convert the files to CMYK which seems like the industry stand for printing. The
problem I'm having is when I convert the files I lose a lot of the deep blue and
purple from the picture. Also the blacks seem very washed out. Actually
thing looks kinda washed out to me. Is there anything I can do to keep the
picture looking more like the original? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.
