Hello!

I am fairly new to both photoshop and sculptris (I have created Kirby in sculptris, and it does have a function for texturing, but I would much rather use photoshop IF it was possible.)

.Obj files are successfully opened in photoshop, and I can use the pencil and everything. The problem comes when saving or exporting it. It should create a texmap/textmap (unsure the word) so it can be wrapped around the object in Unity (Game engine)

Sure, I can do that!

if a .obj file is imported/opened in Photoshop, right click it when it's marked. From here, go to the middle tab (Materials) and then click on the paper on the right of diffuse. Here you can press edit texture, and that brings up the correct "wrapper" for the object.

I did encounter a new problem though, as I have now tried making an asymmetrical object. My theory is that it won't wrap (at least in Unity) unless the object is symmetrical.

Anyone know if this is correct, why it happens, and how it can be avoided?
That might actually be more of a Unity question, when I think about it. :)
