I have a picture with somebody scribbled over it with brush/pencil tool from photoshop/ms paint. I am using a Mac pro. When i see this picture in my finder upto a certain zoom level there are no scribblings and the picture is clean. But after a certain zoom level the marks appear. If i try to open it in Preview or Photoshop the marks are still there.
How can i remove this marks/masks permanently?
