What sort of help do you want, is there a specific area you need advice, it's pretty hard to give general advice other than practice with photoshop, the more you use it, the more you get used to the features and effects it can do.
I'm pretty busy, I drop in and out when I have time, my family life is pretty hectic at the moment too, I'll help where I can, but somewhere to start would be helpfull. Wayne

In my town (Sydney Nova Scotia )it will cost $50 a hour to get photoshop mentoring
