Can someone please tell me what this is. I'm using Photoshop Elements 8 and just bought a Dell U2410 ultrasharp monitor. Occasionally when I am editing, the monitor screen goes blank for about 2 seconds, then comes back on showing the same image. This didn't happen when I used Elements 8 on my laptop. Is there something wrong with the monitor? |

It could be that your computer simply can't handle the graphics for your new monitor.
What size is your monitor?
Also, make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your graphics card.
