I use Photoshop 6 (try not to laugh). I've never taken a formal PS class but learn what I need to for each project I'm doing.

I'm editing some photos for a family slideshow, and the one shown below has me stumped. I've tried everything I can think of to alter the color of the band at the bottom of the photo so that it will match the rest of the photo. I was able to do a decent job on the boy's shirt, but no luck with their chins. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Bill

A curves adjustment layer. Touch up with a low opacity brush, add noise to match.

Thanks. I'll do some research on how to use that tool, since I'm unfamiliar with it.
