Hello, I recently purchased a new macbook, and for the first time I'm running OS 10.5.7 (not sure if the OS upgrade is causing this problem or not). anyway, I installed my software: photoshop 7.0, which installed fine, however, when I launch the program it seems to freeze up when the little launch menu reads "reading preferences" and then the program crashes and I get a message that says: "an unexpected and unrecoverable problem has occurred because of a program error. Photoshop will now exit"

Does anyone have any suggestions of what I need to do ? Thanks !

also, I thought of doing an un-install and then reinstalling the software, but there is not a prompt for that on the software cd.
