New to this forum and to Photography

Hi,
I am new to this forum and photography. I have PS CS3 and cannot figure out how to use free downloaded actions. I get them loaded and they show up in my actions folder but when I place my cursor on top of the play button, it turns to a circle with a line going through it, not allowing me to play it. Can someone please help?

I'm going to try and attach a couple pictures but not sure if that's going to work either.

Hey ttbest,

Is it possible you're trying to play an action set? There should be a little twirly arrow pointing towards the actions name (just to the left), go ahead and click the arrow to reveal the actions in the set.
