Is it possible to change all the colours in a layer to a colour but like, still have the different tones in it. Example: i have a green robot, and i want him to be blue. But i still want it to have all the texture and details but i want it in blue not green.

There are lots of ways to do it.

Channel Mixer, Hue/Saturation adjustment layer, layer comps, Selective Colour adjustmnet layer.

There are a few others too.

Use the channels to isolate the green in the robot (should be a doddle in RGB)
