i just upgraded to cs from 7, and everything works except the lighting effects filter. it worked up until i uninstalled ps7. i don't need them both installed just for the lighting effect filter do i? whenever i try to apply it in cs, i get the error, "could not apply lighting effects because a property resource could not be located" (paraphrase). what can i do?

Shouldn't have to have both installed , I'd try reverting back to 7 , then upgrading again.
see if that does the trick. ;)
