Ozzy, before investing in a piece of software for your computer, I would suggest getting your computer up to speed for modern applications. You can easily get a machine capable of the latest OS for less than the price of photoshop. But if you cannot make the upgrades, I suggest looking at paint shop pro, they have versions for Win95 you can probably locate on the internet.
