Does anybody know how to get a person away from a photo and than make it natural?

Yes.

Make a selection using quick mask or preferred method. Ensure you are working on duplicate layer or original. Switch to RGB composite channel and go to Edit>Content Aware Scale and ensure that in the Protect dropdown you have Quick Mask selected. Now drag left or right (depends where the figure is in image) until you are only left with a few pixels that will require cloning out. Once completed Content Aware back to original size.
