How about:

size: 100 x 100, 200 x 200, 300 x 300 px (pick one)
theme: urban/rural city view
must contain: something looking like a human + vehicle + house (at least 1 of each)
color: anything you can imagine, that looks good
due date: whenever you get it done, just submit
submission: only one copy of an original artwork (no version 2.0s)

anything else?
