Hello! I have to design this piece with English and French writing. I am using Photoshop and Illistrator.
I need the font to have the accents above certain letters when writing the French part.

Sure thing. I'm not sure how complete that page is in terms of having all the characters. If there's one that you need missing just search google for alt codes. There are tons of pages like that.
