i like the color scheme very well although the nav on the left is to boxy and normal, i think it needs to have somethign more, not to sure... but other wise the banner and everything looks great!

Thanks for the feedback, I totally agree with you about the nav.
I always seem to strugle with with navigation and as my actionscript is not too hot flash can take me forever to get a nice effect.
Will get back to and let you know what I come up with next if thats ok?
