Are most of you guys using Linux? Please excse my n00b question, but I have never seen of OS before.
I would imagine most of these guys are using windows, except the top one. The windows UI can be latered like that using stardock windowblinds. (google for "windowblinds" and you'll get it). There'e a fre download.
I used it for a long while but had a few problems and got rid of it.
