It reminds me of every tutorial from the recent years. It combines the horrific but prolific tentacles, mixed with a smattering of gel/plastic for good measure.
There's nothing wrong per se with the image it's just not going to set the world alight or anything. It's nothing new, but could have a use in the right context.
