I'm curious...
I've always found that, when peeling banas from the bottom, one tends to get nasty banana junk under the fingernails.
On the plus ide, thoug, you can get that little dark bit of the bottom and scarf the rest down without worrying about it. it's a tough call really.

I actually only know one person who always peels from the bottom. Sometimes I try it form the botom if the top doesn't work at first.

I realized last night there was an option I forgot to include. My Grandma says she cuts her bananas in half and then peels them from the middle.
