Here's a quick cheat way to remove a color cast. Image/adjustments/match color and click the neutralize box. It won't work every time, but it does most times and usually does a better job than the auto colour setting.

I went into Adjustments but didn't see Match Color. Is it because I'm blind or PS 7.0 doesn't have it? Thanks.

I'm afraid it's not in v7.0 Kylie. But you can "tweek" the auto colour settings to produce a better auto fix.
Go to image/ajustments/levels then click the options box, now in the pop up box tick the find dark and light colours, and snap to neutrals, now click on the black square and you'll get another box now in the RGB boxes type in 15 in each of them then click ok.
Next click the white box and in the RGB boxes type in 244 in each, what your doing is re-setting the auto to give a little more detail in the light and dark colours, and the other changes should help get a more neutral auto effect. Wayne
