I scanned in a bus card and I have to get rid of some text - normally I would eye drop the card (get the white) and paint over the black text that is not needed - Today I go to use it and I cannot brush over it.. The circle of the brush is there.. but it is not painting over the text.. why? (I did reset the tool (brush) and that did not work.

I did search for this as well.

This happened to me at the office and now at home. Hmm

Is your white brush set to NORMAL? If its set to Multipy or darken it will do nothing if the brush is white? Is your opacity 100%?
Just ideas,
Lasa
