I have this anime alice I'm making for a up coming party. I want to make the inside of her skin look like it was from a comic book, leaving some of the girl flat,well looking as if it wasn't apart of the comic.
Could someone please tell me how to do this?

Its like..what I've seen in most pop art. Looks as if the image was from a comic book. I think I might have figured it out,but if someone has some great tips..please help:).

i think she means liek vector but looking more handdrawn than computer, liek a comic book, maybe try filter "cutout" and then maybe some other ones to make it looks more handdrawn...
