				| it's simply a matter of proportions, your never gonna get it to look good unless you redcued it correctly, with either holding shift while transforming or just using image adjust size, you smushed it which is why it doesnt look good, you could try and only use one puma logo if you want it not as long
also making it bigger is pr etty much impossible, u nless you want to redraw it yourself or use some trix to make it look ok but its nearly impossible to make it bigger

				| i am confused; cause the only way i get good quality its when i resize the image with the constrain proportions option, but i cant get an specific size that i need like 64x32; or can i?

				| You can't just make it skinnier. You need to balance the scale. If you make anything skinnier you also need to make it shorter.
Both images are 32 pixels tall, but the second one is half the width of the first. You can't do that. The reason it looks good when you use image size is because it's doing the proportioning for you.

Tidal's suggestion of doing one or two puma logos instead of three may be the only way to go without spending a good amount of time on it.
