I have a jpg of a skyline. I need to cut out the top of the jpg around the building tops so I am left with just the buildings part. I know photoshop and have tried this using the eraser but I'm still left with the jpg intact.

any help?

there are a ton of differnt ways to extract something in photoshop you can always use the extraction tool or the magnetic lasso and so on you just have to find the best tool for you
