I'm trying to transfer photoshopped jpeg images to a digital photoframe and found that some do not transfer showing a message "Format Not Supported".
The following FAQ (see below) from Pandigital refers to a JPEG Dialogue Box where I can see if the specific type of JPEG files are being used. The images that won't transfer are all JPEGs and when I click on SAVE AS, as suggested below, no Dialogue Box appears. Please read the question and answer below and give me some advice if you can. Thanks. Stevewilson123.

COPY OF FAQ AND ANSWER:
I edited my pictures in Photoshop, saved them as a JPEG but they do not display on my Picture Frame.
There are a few types of JPEG formats, therefore your pictures may have been saved in a incompatible format. The correct format to save images in when using Photoshop is: JPEG - Baseline Standard. When saving images in Photoshop: Click Save As, see Image 1. Click OK, you will open the JPEG Options Dialogue Box, See Image 2. Choose Baseline (“Standard”) from the Format Options sections and click OK. Your picture should now play on your Frame.
