Simply id like to learn how to crop a section of an image and paste it into another picture. Im pretty lamen when it comes to PS so the easier the better. What i am trying to acheive and learn, is to outline the shape of an item in a picture and copy that shape to the clipboard, to paste onto another picture. EG in the pic below id like to separate the BARN and GRAIN SILO form the background, so that i can paste it into another pic.
Can any of you more PS experts expain in straightforward terms how i can achieve this. Thanks for any help |

this image looks pretty simple so the "Polygonal Lasso Tool" might do the job. Simply click at different points around the object(s) you wish to cut out. Once you reach the point you started at, a selection will be made. Now you can cut & paste into another picture.
I can do this work for you, if you want. Just let me know.
Hope this helps! _________________ "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
