Hello Everyone.

I am newbie for photoshop, I am systesm engineer, I manage a website called www.theprinterdepot.net, and the main proposal I will use Photoshop is to create the banners I will use in the website, and also for the Ads I will sent to all contacts.

I am dowloading: PhotoShop Top Secrects DVD 1-5
Photoshop Creative Emag

Can somebody recommend me where else to start, what to download, which are the best websites with resources for noobs?

I have attached an example of the banner we can have in our new website and that I will be responsible for creating them

You could try Lynda.com. You can download some tutorials for free, and if you decide to join up there are lots and lots.
Also books and videos by Deke McClelland or Chris Orwig are brilliant.
