|
|
Hi guys,
Two quick questions, and I appologise if they are stupid ones
1) If I add a lense flare to a layer, how do I remove it short of making backward steps? (cmd+option+z)
2) Is there a place I can get 3D models to play around with? Preferebly for free.
Thanks,
Luke |

Luke | Hi Luke, I would suggest that, before you use Lens Flare, you convert the layer to a smart object (right click and select "convert to smart object".) That way, if you want to turn it off, just click the "eye" next to Lens Flare.
Regarding 3D models, googling will give some sites. One you could try is Daz3D. There's a free 30 day trial with free models you can use in Photoshop for starters. |

excellent, thanks for the tip!
I'll definitely check out Daz3D. I did do some googling but mostly found sites offering tutorials for how to use 3D models...but I'll keep hunting. Thanks again! |

I've tried my hand at Blender.
It's terribly hard to start with and you'll require at least 5-15 hours of basic learning before attempting to create something remotely feasible. _________________ ~ Kryn |

Agreed.
Blender really isn't too terribly harsh in comparison to all the other options you have out there. It's getting the basics of how 3D modeling works (and how to actually control what you're modeling) that's the hardest part. _________________ ~ Kryn |
