In my job, i use the CS3 and free transforming tool a lot. I scale down very large images to fit in this specific template box i use. The one tool/icon that has been a savior is that paper clip looking icon that is found between the W and H.

Does anybody know if it's possible to create a keyboard shortcut that will allow me to select it? I work with speed, so to have to click it everytime with the pen is annoying and slows me down

Thanks

I don't know of a specific keyboard shortcut which will select this icon, but if you want to maintain the aspect ratio whilst dragging you can do so by holding down the shift key. I'm not sure if this is what you are after, but I thought I'd mention it.

Thanks Vampirelover, i've done that before, but it's much faster for me to select the clip icon and type in 30% or so in the H box, rather than holding down the shft key then drag to reduce, drag to reduce....all the way down to the 30% that i will eventually need....but thanks for your suggestion!
