Hey all,

Dave gave me an excellent start on a previous image tutorial. I have one more question though. Does this image use the polygon tool also? I want a right facing arrow, but I want it filled, so it looks like a sideways V. Here's a screenshot of what I'm trying to draw in Photoshop CS3: http://bit.ly/ANZzs

Thanks for taking a look. Looking forward to learning how to make this.

Well, if you are changing the image that you created from what I told you, should be fairly easy to turn it into an arrow.

-Create a new layer above the triangle.
-Click the eye on the triangle layer to hide it.
-Hit D on the keyboard to set the default colors
-Hold down Ctrl and click on the icon (not the eye) of the triangle layer.
-Should have ants marching in a triangle (lol)
-Still on the new blank layer? Good. Ctrl+Backspace to fill it with white (background color)
-Grab your marquee tool. doesnt matter which one.
-Move over the selection and while holding the Shift key down, click and drag your selection.
-Assuming your triangle was pointing right, drag it left. The white part that is is outside the limits of the selection is what you want to pay attention to.
-Got it where you want? Hit Delete.

Fine tune it however you see fit.

Regards,
Dave
