I have this PNG file, when I view the image online or using the Windows default photo viewer, it looks perfect. I put it in CS4 and it looks jagged and terrible.
Anyone know? Thank you. |

Check out the zoom percentage in Photoshop,
images only look good at zoom levels of 25, 50, 75 and 100 percent.
And maybe a few others, but it looks terrable at other zoom levels _________________ For great Photoshop tutorials and freebies, check out www.iammrknowitall.com |

In CS4, if you have a 3D graphics card (most do nowadays), go to preferences and enable OpenGl. It will allow smooth scaling and take care of your issue. However, some other issues may arise depending on your PC and graphics card. So, in the end, you may have to get used to those jagged edges at smaller zooms. Just have to try and see.
