A friend of mine has purchased Photoshop Elements 7 and is having trouble with it. The first menu opens and gives you the option to organize, edit, create, or share. Everything works except the Edit feature. When I click on the button it starts to load and then crashes. It doesn't provide me with any identifying error message so it's been difficult for me to search for solutions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hmmm that's a strange one. Does the edit workspace crash regardless of how you load it. ie, if you go to organize, right click an image and select to edit in full edit mode - does it still crash?

I haven't tried that yet, but I'm almost certain it will still crash. Until I can test that, any more ideas?
