I'm trying to replicate what's in the attached image (green & pink prints). I've gotten as far as the black & white image also attached using Trace Contour but can't figure out how to change the background color. Am I using the right tool? Is there an easier/better way to do this?

I just did it by duplicating layer> find edges>click it twice> select back ground> it will need to be tweaked a bit to get full selection as seen in attach after selection> apply color you want >select inverse and delete the top layer(the flower) that you just found edges on you'll end up with the first image showing threw.........

That gets me close, but the flower is outlined in black instead of white. Here's the original image. And here's what happens when I do Find Edges or Trace contour. Is there a way to trace w/o ending up w/ all those weird colors?
