I am using PhotoShop 7.0 on Windows XP Pro.
I have a hi-res picture (3000x2000 with a resolution of 300). I want to covert it to a picture for our website (300x214 with a resolution of 72). I've tried a number of ways but always seem to get a tiny photo. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance. |

First try taking the original and changing the resolution
THEN size it to what you need.
Or
FILE/NEW and then create your file as 300x214 at 72 resolution
Then copy your picture (CTRL+A to select all ... CTRL+C to copy)
Then back to your 'new' picture and paste your picture in/on it
Then CTRL+T to resize ...
Let me know if you need more help _________________ moondog
