I was just adding more and more contrast and erasing, but it is tedious and I gave up. Would someone please recommend a better way, or (even better) do it for me?

It's a step closer, but I still want the shading. I'm still playing with other filters and the opacity of them too. |

after you cut out main area copy it then open the image again an paste over it with the grayscale then cut out the original as needed |
