Hi,

I've tried putting this rug...

...onto the floor of a room using vanishing point. However once rendered in vanishing point the rug comes out looking likes this...

with an horrendous moire pattern. Does anyone have any advice on how to get rid of it??

are you trying to make it larger or more definition to it I would add a style to it maybe bevel emboss or drop shadow? something to define it's shape

I also read that"blurring and motion blurring helps prevent moire patterns. " help eliminate some. you could try that before transforming image to floor
