I wanna be able to make those circles in the upper-left corner pop out of the border, but without a white background, so that it doesn't look rectangle-like. How would I start doing that?
If you don't really get me, I'm really sorry. I would've posted this with an example but I forgot where I put it.

You could make a larger canvas size, then make it look like the box is smaller inside the canvas.... and have the circles going over the box. Then delete the white background and save as a .png
