I have a picture of me and someone else that is 900x1200. I'd like to use it as my wallpaper, but it's obviously not wide enough for my resolution. Anyone have any tips/techniques for filling out the rest of the width? I can include the picture if that would help, but it's on a different computer at the moment. |

Depends on the picture of course, but you may be able to clone in some additional areas to increase the size. You could make a frame or border of some kind around the image. |

Yeah. I was going to include the picture to see if anyone had any ideas, but I still haven't been able to go home so I am unable to post it for now. Basically it's just me and someone in front of a waterfall. Cloning would be good, but I don't think I can do it too much since I need 1020 pixels of width to fill out. I'd rather not just have the picture centered and have the rest of the wallpaper a color as I want one continuous picture, but I don't think that's a possibility with this image. I'll try to post it soon to see if you guys can come up with something. |
