I get this message upon startup of PS CS3

I just got a new macbook pro which I allocated 401 GB on my bootcamp partition for windows XP, and I put Photoshop CS3 (a windows version) onto this partition of which approx. 80 - 90 GB is used space while the remainder is free space. I also put some of my photo folders/files onto this partition, and now when I launch Photoshop, I get this dialogue box (see image).

When I ran PS CS3 (same version/same release, it's the same PS that I ran on my old laptop) on my HP Compaq Presario X6000 laptop under windows XP, I never got this kind of message - is something wrong or something?

How do I fix it so I don't get this message?
