Ok So i am an a beginner to intermediate level on photoshop and i am trying to start my own little home based graphic design company. But i am trying to complete a certain photo retouching method which i basically dont know really how to do even though i kinda have an idea but cannot execute it the way it should be..The pics below show the way how it is done proffessionally and below that is what i have done. Please somone could u give me some tips / advice how to do it.

You need to be more specific about what you see in the pro image that you'd like to do.
I notice that some of the type is stroked, some has a gradient, etc. Is this what you are questioning?

i would have to say basically photo retouching. Making the skin smooth..as well as applying the shades and etc to let the picture/or the person Flawless
