|
|
Hi,
I would like to know how to automatically register the file with a partial modification is the name to prevent destroying the original file. Since i am working most of the time on one file at the time, i would like to be able to apply a script which provides the final touch and save the file in the same as well with a little modification in the name:
Example:
IMG_4000 --> IMG_4000b
So it means that i do not go via the batch processor to change the name.
I hope you have suggestions |

If you have Bridge, you can go Tools>Batch Rename. |

Hi CombiBob,
I would like to avoid doing batch processing Because then i have to anyway save the file manually after my changes. And if i do it, in the same time i could as well modify the name so i do not erase the original That is such a step that i wish to automate: saving automatically the picture on which i am working with a slight modification in the name so it does not erase the original. |
