Hello everyone!

I am new to Photoshop CS4 Extended and am using it partly to animate 3D objects. Models that I import made by other people I am having 2 problems, not necessarily combined. Sometimes neither of these problems are an issue. First problem is that some models that I import do not show up on the canvas. I tired all sorts of sizes that maybe it was to big or small but to no avail. Why is not showing up even though I can see that it is trying to render the image, so it is like it is there, but it is not? Second sometimes I want to animate the models, however they will only let me animate for a couple of seconds because that is the max layer length is for a few frames. Other models I have imported they have infinite lengths. Is there a way to extend it? I have combed over the web and can find nothing. By the way I am only importing, 3DS, OBJ, and Collada as instructed by Photoshop.

Thanks!
