Hello im totaly new and i want to start. I would like to find some books on PS that explain everything (at least in the basic stuff like whats all kind of tools that r used and what they r used for, stuff like that) so if anyone has some stuff to offer it would be really cool.

Try looking on amazon & look for books by scott kelby

Photoshop CS4 Down & Dirty Tricks - this book is really good for quick tips & gives great ideas on what to do with an image
i suggest that you look at his site & read what each book does i have several of his books dating back over many years & they are always helpful although some may be too advanced.
also look for monthly magazines on ps such as photoshop creative |

You can buy a book but you might want to try looking in your local library first. Even books on prior versions of Photoshop will help you learn. |
