my mom took some pictures of my family...inside a dimly lit room. she didnt have the flash on, one of those cheap throw away cams.
she had the pictures put on a disc and asked me if there is anyway to fix them...

any clues or can someone point me in the right direction?

i will try. this is straight from the disc...

this is just one. i have about 7, so if there is anyway to fix it, let me know and ill try it myself!

If your picture is too large do the following:

1: File - automate - fit image

2: where it says width & height type in 800 pixels in each box.

3: covert your image to sRGB to display the colours correctly if not already done.

4: File save for web & devices & in the top right you will see various options change the preset to JPEG high & quality say 60/70 your image file should be around 140 or below which is a ideal size to show on web sites. then save your image don't forget to save it as a copy so your original is left untouched.

if you need more help post back & i will talk you through the other options to change but this should help.
