i came across this picture and i think is a nice effect, but i have been looking everywhere on how to make it and i can't find anything, perhaps im not looking for the right effect name, can anyone help me with this?
the efect is the circles on the txt "Sobrenatural"

I think that is like a half-tone pattern. Maybe that will help... cause other than that I'm not sure either.

I made brush with 3 dots (see the yellow at the bottom). Then set the spacing to get what I wanted. Then set angle jitter to follow direction.
Made two letters with the pen tool and then stroked with that brush, and added an outer glow layer effect.
It's not exact but close enough to give you the idea.
