When I draw a rectangle and I draw something with the lasso tool to change the rectangle. Then I push clear (modify > clear) , but he delete whole the rectangle and not the drawing what I've made with the lasso tool.
Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

Let me get this right:
1. You have draw a rectangle (vector) using the Rectangle Tool (U)?
2. You want to remove a part of that rectangle using the marquee tool?
3. When you modify > clear, the rectangle disappears?
If the above are all correct, the reason why your rectangle disappears is because you are clearing the layer, you can't delete parts of a vector image using the marquee tool.
Rasterise the rectangle layer first (Layer > Rasterise > Layer) and then use the marquee tool to select and clear an area of choosing.
