Does anyone know how I can make this type of image on photoshop ?
I need to make a website for my school work and just need help creating an image to put on the navigation bar of my website.

Open all the images you want to use.
Crop them to the size you want each to be.
Make a new blank canvas large enough for all the cropped images to fit.
Use the move tool to drag each one onto the new canvas and position.

Or you could open all the photos you needed and then select "File" "Automate" "Photomerge. but it's justwhat you prefer to do.
