How do i create White to Transparent gradient on another a new layer and apply to my work which already has a colored background? |

Create a new layer. Select white for the foreground color and select the foreground to transparent gradient in the options bar. |

I tried and it doesn't work .. maybe i'm doing it wrong =S and also how do i get white? I can't seem to find it , the closest i can get is like a off white. |

I don't know if this works in CS2 (been a while since I used it) but in CS4 you press D, it will set your foreground and background colours to black and white. _________________ One step at a time |

Yea it works and i've tried that but it white is not pure white=S
I've checked the code for white and tried it and it still display the same off white. |
