Hi Guys
I'm new to this forum and just hope you can help.
Although is image is copyrighted I have no intention of duplicating it, but am just wondering, if anyone knows how to create the "30" style of text.
is it a photoshop effect, downloadable font specific to photoshop or just a damn good design lol? I dont need the number 30 at all (its 40 im after), but would like to do it myself so I have knowledge and the "how to".

They just used a plain 30 font. Then got a white brush with twirls and all that. Just google free PS brushes.
