How can i make my pictures look like the ones above?
Meaning this "depth and shadow" effect.

Basicly there's gradients inside. Open the layer effects and play around with beveling, dropshadows, and gradients.

top layer: white circle gradient at center of the image
2nd top: curve at the border with feature selection (ie not sharp)
3rd top: Half moon white gardient (right to left) with around 60% opacity
